I was wondering do you have to use a chain tensioner with a dual suspension bike if the pivot point is at the bottom bracket?

Usually your going to have a vertical drop out on a SUS bike with no provision for tightening the cain from stretch..

Still need a tensioner..

If the frame has a concentric bottom bracket you don't need a tensioner. Examples above^^

Dartmoor shine has a concentric bottom bracket, so no tensioner is needed.
