I need some advice from people who've ridden a few different pedals I.e. not "I've only ridden Shimano and they're great". Basically I'm having trouble getting into my mallets during Enduro racing. If I have to unclip it takes a good few seconds of rolling down the track and jamming my foot on the pedal before it goes in, sometimes not at all and I'll race down one foot unclipped. They have also started occasionally letting a foot out which I know gets worse with age (I've had them for around 4 years as my main pedals).
So what I'd like to know is, does anyone have experience and think Shimano or Time are a more consistent pedal to easily clip into on the move, or should I get a new pair of Mallets?
