What is the average cost to get a wheel relaced.

Just bought a bike from a pinkbiker had it shipped to me. Upon inspection the back wheel is a bit out and missing a spoke.

Any suggestions as to cost to have the wheel relaced and any suggestions of good mechanics in my area (New Westminster BC)

Prices are going to vary from area to area and shop to shop. At the shop I work at we'd charge you $50. Or you could check out Sheldon Brown's wheelbuilding article and do it yourself. It ain't rocket surgery.
