I've changed:
brakes to saint m810
grips to sram grips
shifter to 10 speed x7
rims to double tracks
tires to kenda telonixes
pedals to truvativ holzfellers
cassette to sram pg1070
derailleur to sram x0 DH
chain to sram pc1091r
rotors are not stock too. they came with saints. I bought them used. Feels very good.

Raceface Air Alloy Bars
Raceface XC SS crankset and Aeffect pedals
Avid BB7's with Speed Dial levers
Sram x9 shifter and rear derailleur
Sram 11-36 cassette
Mavis Crossone wheels with Maxxis Larsen TT tires with downhill tubes
New fork is next.

sweet Demo! is that front fender a part of the fork? or bolted on? I wouldn't think it's necessary in SD.
