Fox Racing Shox Releases New Fork

FOX Racing Shox introduces the latest advancement in trail riding technology; the TALAS XTT; Travel Adjust meets Terralogic. FOX took their two most advanced technologies, TALAS and TerraLogic and combined them to create the TALAS XTT, giving riders the first travel adjustable, inertia valve trail fork.

“At FOX Racing Shox, our philosophy is to create a better ride by making our products more efficient without adding clutter to your bars, or hassle to your ride. We want the fork to do the work so you can enjoy the ride,” stated Mario Galasso, VP of FOX’s Bike Division.FOX’s TerraLogic inertia valve locks the fork on smooth terrain and goes fully active when the trail gets rough. Because trail riders have different needs than racers, FOX tuned their patented TerraLogic system specifically for the trail in the XTT configuration. The XTT offers just the right amount of low speed compression to filter out rider induced “bob”, while offering the same FOX plush ride once the going gets rough. The XTT not only increases rider efficiency, it also allows the rider to easily preload the fork for jumping, and achieve a lower sag point for improved climbing and cornering. The inertia valve’s bump threshold can be tuned to further refine the ride.

The new TALAS XTT has 5.1 inches of adjustable travel from 90-130 mm, weighs 3.99 lbs/1.81 kg and will be available this summer.
