I was using a remote trigger with the 10 second timer, then coming down the trail trying to perfectly time where I was when it fired. Along with expirementing with flash setup, it made for a challenging afternoon!! Couple of ok shots though...

How many shots did it take to get these three? Would you do it again or is the amount of work not worth it? The ones you posted aren't bad!

too many, mostly due to my own lack of proper preparation. A mounted trigger that allows you to fire while riding (or a bite trigger) would have saved a lot of time, I just didn't have it set up. I was on my own which obviously also takes longer, but higher sense of achievement if you do manage to nail a couple. I'll do it again sometime but somewhere with some more natural light, it was pretty dark in there and that also added time for flash setup and calibration to the right settings. Trial and error!
