From ABQ, if you travel past White Mesa, then through San Ysidro - about a mile or so outside of San Ysidro there's a pulloff/parking area, the entrance to Red Mesa is actually just after that on the right side. Its sort of a no mans land, no real marked trails, but if you go out and explore you can probably find the lines. Helps to go with others who have been there - this was from my first visit.
