 I'm kinda in the same boat - been riding 5 years on my alloys with drops and jumps galore and I'm sure if they were carbon it would be a different story - 5 years strong on the alloy and only replacing a few spokes here and there and always staying on top of the rims - upgrading soon. You're making me want to get some hope hubs but damn those can't be cheap - take a shot when you're done with the build - you building these yourself?
