I think this is very, very cool. I think every frame should have internal routing and integrated fork bumper if a dh bike. This system would make setting up internal routing so much easier.

I'm thinking water wouldn't be a big deal. Cable housing goes through it. Even then, just lift it up and let it drain once and a while-or give it a blast of compressed air.

Another nice touch is that the cables won't touch the frame at all even with bars fully turned so no cable rub.
