If you would hear the one's words who have never ridden either frame so far: I would chose the ticket because I would do a lot of road riding and climbing with running a clutch mech. And I believe the rearward travel comes in handy for reducing chain slap when doing jumps. And it has a bunch of geometry settings, wich I think is pretty useful.
yeah i have decided on the ticket with gears i think as i can get it quite cheap and the abp will be usefull and the horrizontal shock and full floater pivot will be best for me
TREK TREK TREK!
I have the ticket s and before i ride the soda and the ticket s is the best slopebike in this world, but you can ride with the trek freeride trails because the fox shork is so perfect, he has 3 positions and this is sooo perfect, also when you have the money, take trek, its perfect!
Thought so. Actually since you asked me, I have been on a TicketS and I'm glad that I got the SodaS. My SodaS feels more like a DJ bike that the TicketS did and that's another thing I wanted.
I disagree, ticket for trails, soda for more jumps/slopestyle. I own a soda and have ridden a few different ticket S builds now, soda is so much better for steep jumps I thought.
