I actually laughed out loud at that one.

 This is the first product I've ever had to send back to King, for a defect or damage or anything else. They've already sent out a new one so I'm not too fussed about it.

 I have to say, their customer service and quality control are both exemplary. In fact I'm very surprised that this even left the factory. but I have to say Hope still take the win when it comes to being a pleasure to deal with from a shops point of view.

 Maybe over in the UK, but here in the 'States King is, well...King.

 Fair enough, anyway I'm always happy to pay extra for a higher quality product (even if it goes against obligatory patriotism!), and King's products are the epitome of quality.
