 Is the light mounted on her chin?

 Yup... One light under the visor pointed more downward and one on the chin guard pointed straight out.

 Didn't even notice the one under the visor. Thought it might have been the reflection from the flash on the goggles.

 What front tire/rim is that?

 She's on an essentially stock bike with the 1950 wheels. Nothing special.
