I have seen more Kona's snap at the head tube then any other bike. I work at a shop that sell Kona's and Specialized, my friend works for Specialized and he has only seen a handful. Specialized will give you a new one, Kona will not,

Fortunately it wasn't me... Some German guy cased a 30ft while I was watching - this was the result. Oh, and he walked away from it with barely a scratch!
