The TAGs used a DT Swiss 440 hub. More then likely the spring on the that allows the ratchet system to engage is broken (pretty common in the 440s). Just pull it apart, the issue will be pretty apparent.

I really appreciate the efforts, I will take this to my bike mechanic and see what he says I hope it is just that, an easy fix, remember the whole hub is moving inside the wheel.

Hub turns in wheel no engagement do you have a fixer?

more that likely one of two things. Either the pawls that stick up via spring that cause the engagement are stuck down, or destroyed, which means a new cassette body. but, if its the hub shell itself its well fucked, because on those wheels Id guess there is a pawl-track in the hub that is rounded out. if its the later, it may be pressed fit, so pop it out and get a new one machined somewhere as a final option. But, if its the cassette body, then have a bike shop pop it out and they should be able to order a new one.
