It'd be mighty fun to get a 150mm wide hub in there if the frame spec was EXACTLY 150mm... The hub would be annoyingly hard to put in the frame if the dropout spacing was precisely 150mm as it would bind on the frame on the way in. Almost all frames and forks, even expensive ones I've worked on have more clearance to them than the strict hub spacing number. I can assure you that I've worked on a VERY wide variety of bikes. The dropouts will come together when you clamp it with the rear axle and that little bit of space will allow the wheel to be inserted and removed easily from the dropouts. If I were you, I'd be concerned if, using a tool like this http://www.parktool.com/blog/repair-help/dropout-alignment-ffg-2, you found that the dropouts are misaligned laterally and vertically. THAT is frame misalignment. If that is your only issue, the frame is probably bomber. Go out and enjoy it :)! Just for entertainment, I just checked an expensive road fork. It sits at 101.7mm between the dropouts (and the hub is 99.98mm wide).

2013 SRAM Grip Shift - First Ride
I must admit that when I first saw this review my first thoughts were something along the lines of "oh god, they've reincarnated something that was rightfully dead". My memories of the first grip shifters were less than positive. The plastic indexing barrels on older grip shifters would often wear down quite rapidly, leading to imprecise indexing that could not be adjusted to work properly. This left a decidedly sour taste in my mouth, as I was paid to make these things work (as a bike mechanic). Perhaps some of these negative props are derived from people who developed a dislike for sloppy shifting older units. Fortunately, they've included a metal indexing barrel this time round, time will tell if this batch actually wears gracefully. Personally though, I've always preferred the shifting action of triggers, or even the much maligned shimano dual control levers. To each their own.
