lol. I needed new hubs figured I would go for a look instead of just changing to new hubs in black or red . This will be the last for the 24cap. Season begins and riding is all I will be thinking of. Colors aside she is sooo freakin dialed now. Next build will be taking all my coin to dial in and hope to have that one completed by fall Wink

Some kind of fluid used at my job for printers lol. Basically let it sit in paint remover for a day ,so it all comes off even and easy . minimal scraping other than a finger nail. then just red scotch bright pad to remove the oxidation white stuff , 1000 grit sand paper to smooth it more and metal polish to finish like the ones they use on car rims.

Ok. Thanks man! I'm gonna give it a try later this week. If you have a chance take a look a my ns sub, any thoughts on improving the color scheme would be great! Changed the bars to black since the pict. Cheers.

I did a moc up of your colors. tried to keep it low in price upgrades so moding in color will be easy . Raw the sprocket . spray the cranks black. raw the pedals. Strip the stem and use purple metal cast paint . Change the spokes to light blue. Your bars are now black as you say so that works.Highlighter blue or light blue head set . Silver or black nipples on the wheels to tie it in with the sprocket and pedals. Most of the mods will be strip and or paint with minimal work. Re lace to the blue spokes . If you can do it yourself would be prime since a set of primos would run you 40$ and come with nips

There is s different process to strip ano that involves using easy off oven cleaner. The cheap one. Look it up on you tube there are plenty of videos on this

It actually does Smile the cap felt soo light up front that I think it threw me off since I was use to sus. But now it feels balanced more than any weight that has been added. I love it even more now Big Grin
