@speedfreek: yeah same, go for the cbd rich formula, the one I have is from Free Solei and is carried in MCT oil. Stay away from the internet stuff, get to your local legal dispensary. I take 1ml every evening. It also seems to calm my anxiety in a weird way, but it could be because it has anti inflammatory properties and that it relaxes the nervous system.
Do your research, some scientifix papers are out there, and JRE just had a “pot debate” with two expert and they both agreed that CBD was of no harm and can do a lot of good.

@VPS13: make sure you get the real stuff at Cannabis NB or wtv province youre in. The other stuff going around on the internet is made from hemp and has been showed in labs to have a lot less cbd and sometimes none at all compred to what they advertise.
The one i tried is Free Solei and its carried in MTC oil.

I have been taking CBD rich extract from the legal weed store here in Canada for about a month to help with a recent concussion. Doctor actually recommended it to me, I did my research, tried it and oh boy does it help. Sleep improved a lot, it totally relaxed my nervous symptoms and most symptoms from the concussion are gone. Also as a disclaimer, I don't usually take supplements OR was I ever a regular weed consumer, so this was all new to me and I had zero expectations. It was a game changer for me.
