Up for grabs is a Fox DHX 5 rear shock. Shock needs a rebuild as it's pissing out uil. Holds air fine. Eye to Eye is 8.5 inches. Structurally it's fine. Was taken off a 2009 Santa Cruz Nomad, and it still has the spacers installed. Shock was used for the past three years with a full rebuild after each season. Some inner rub but nothing wrong at all. Everything works fine. I changed frames so I have no need for this shock.

Lightly ridden 2010 Transition Bottlerocket, size Medium. Bike was purchased in 2012. Here is the parts list: Marzocchi 55 ATA air 120mm-160mm travel adjust fork (no more than 15 rides, stanctions perfect, hard to find even a scratch on lowers, Fox DHX 5 shock (15 rides, mint), Spank Spike 35 DH hoops, Sunline bars and stem, SRAM XO 9 speed shifter and derailleur, almost new Excavator 2.3's, Code Brakes, brand new flats, almost new Hussfelt DH cranks, E13 chainguide and bash. Bike is mechanically flawless, super smooth and dialed. Currently set up for Highland, but could EASILY be converted to a beefy, trail machine. Frame has some wear spots from cable rub and a few scratches but nothing major, the paint still looks new. Lemme know if ya wanna check it out. I live about 30 miles NW of Boston and travel to Waltham for work. Gonna give it a week or so before I throw it up on Ebay. $1600

I have a pair of Ski-Mx conversion kit made by Matt Hanson of Hanson Bikes. With this kit all you have to do is slap these on a pair of ski's and bang..... You'll be ski biking with your own bike. Included in the sale is only the aluminum brackets and spring loaded axles. If you want the skis too, I'll sell the entire set up with skis for $175. Hit me up for shipping costs. Would consider a trade for a shock for a transition double or a 1 1/8 Talas 100-120-140

Yeti Cycles Going Full Enduro For 2014
Jon, Is Yeti looking at this a business/exposure decision? I'm guessing that Yeti sells a hellava lot more 6 inch travel bikes than full on DH rigs. Makes total business sense to me.............although I'll miss seeing the team on the WC circuit..
