Intense Tracer 275 - Tested
Add the Tracer275 to the my growing list of potential next bikes. I'm on a SC Blur LT at the moment and have no complaints on how the VPP climbs, so would not hesitate to give this bike a try.

Exclusive: Martin Whiteley and Trek Weigh In On Gwin
So I'm checking POD and articles on PB and one of the sidebar ads that pops up is " Aaron Gwin Rides Trek". One comment Martin Whitley makes is that if Gwin was leaving a little more notice would of been nice. This ad is an example of why.

Tech Tuesday - Replace Plastic Zip-Ties With Safety Wire
Wow lots of haters! You must be good. I didn't read all the comments so it may of been suggested already; after I cut my zip ties, I use finger nail trimmers to finish trim them off leaving a nice, rounded finish that won't threaten to sever an artery.

I got up this morning, took the kids to school, grabbed my bike and a cup of coffee. Rode up Smith Creek and blasted down, feeling pretty badass, come to my business, another cup of coffee, fire up Pinkbike, watch this vid, realized i didn't really blast Smith Creek after all. Not so badass, now I feel humbled.

Video: From Fell to Forest
I hiked the Coast to Coast walk in '89 (wtf - when did I get so old!) and there was 2 guys on mtn bikes riding the trail at the same time. They even rode Helvellyn Striding Edge which impressed the hell out of me. I remember being jeaous as my Tech (good ol' Canadian company back in the day) was back home in Calgary getting dusty.
Thanks for the vid. Brought back some memories. I remember cresting one pass and as we looked down on the lake below there were 3 fighter jets racing along the surface and as they "hopped" the ridge we were standing on, it felt like they were only 50 ft over our heads.

Hurtin' for Vert 2012 - Part 3 of 4
This is my neck of the woods and we've been asking ourselves, why are we riding the same handful of trails?? There has to be loads around here! This series of articles is opening our eyes!!
