What Are Your MTB Pet Peeves? - Opinion
Riders that ride around or over fallen branches or trees without even trying to move it. Can't tell you how many times I've come across fallen debris on the trail and seen tracks off into the bush to avoid it, I'll stop and see if I can move it and can move majority of debris by myself or with a hand. It's simple people, just try for crying out loud! There are no trail fairies magically clearing the trail!

Santa Cruz Blur LT - large

$1000 CAD
Anodized Orange 2008 Santa Cruz Blur LT Fox Talas Fork -adjustable 100 - 120 - 140mm Fox RP23 shock 3x10 drive train - XT front shifter and derailleur, SLX rear shifter and derailleur XT cranks Avid Juicy 7 brakes w/203mm front rotor and 180 rear. new pads. Xfusion dropper post 760mm Norco handle bar Continental MountainKing 2.2 front tire, 10-15 rides on this tire and WTB Weirwolf 2.3 rear with lots of life. Bike has been well maintained throughout its ride life - put it up in the rafters 4 years ago when I got a new bike, although it has been ridden when current bike being repaired and as a loaner to friends and family - oil bath for the fork and shock just completed and I will bleed the brakes. Less than a year prior to retiring the bike, I had the pivot bearings replaced and the linkage was changed to linkage used on the Blur 4x. This eliminated frame flex I was experiencing with the original linkage. While this bike is only a 26er and does not have current geometry, it is a blast to ride and climbs great. Several times when my current bike was out of commission, I would grab the Blur and would not be slowed down. Plenty of ride life and fun left in this bike. Perfect for someone getting into mountain biking or someone that maybe doesn't get out all that often and doesn't want 4 grand tied up in a bike that only gets ridden a dozen times a season.
