Basic Suspension Setup for DH Bikes - Part 1
This is horrible. He sets bottom out volume [I]after[/I] setting the pressure, which completely negates your initial pressure setting. Also he doesn't really explain adjuster setup besides saying "put about in the middle." I want the 11 minutes of my life back I wasted watching this video.
