Feb 16, 2015Intense Socom FRO
$1200 GBPHere is my intense socom that iv built up from scratch, Every part was carefully chosen to get the best out of the bike. (Strength and lightness)
The parts list is massive if you need a break down on the parts used let me know and i can forward you it.
Since i built it iv maybe used it 3 or 4 times, I'v downgraded as im not good enough to reach this bikes full potential and its a waste.
Ever part has been serviced recently but most of the parts are under 6 months old.
The frame was the FRO plain alloy colour, Never liked that much so i changed it to white never got round to getting new stickers, All bearings where replaced with high quality yk bearings.
The full bikes weight is 17kg (I will double check)
150mm rear hub
It is extremely light for a DH bike but without compromising Strength.
It is a perfectly balanced bike on the steep stuff and jumps superbly. I found it really builds your confidence as soon as you jump on it.
I have stacks of pictures of the build in progress if you'd like me to send you them just let me know..
The parts alone come to £9000+
£1500ono I can send anywhere on the main land. It will be well packaged.
If you need a quote for delivery let me know but it's not going to be a cheap company as its a very expensive peace of kit.
