I bought the bike in Nov 2014 and have put some miles on the bike, but never raced it. I am selling the bike because I want to try something different. The bike is in great shape for being 4 years old, but does have some scratches on it. Everything on the bike came from factory except for a couple of upgrades. Upgrades- The brakes, cranks, and both derialluers have been upgraded to Shimano XT. Also I changed the bottom bracket when I changed the cranks. The biggest upgrade for me is the carbon wheels from specialized. They made the bike more nimble and faster on the trails. If you have any questions feel free to ask.

This is a 2014 Cannondale Scalpel Team edition that is dripping in carbon. If you want a bike that will destroy your competition than this is the bike for you! This a beautiful bike that I wish I could keep, but the size is just to small. All the components are the same except for upgrading to XTR brakes because the avid brakes were not cutting it. The bike is in used condition for sure with scratches to the paint, but has no damage to the carbon. It has scuff marks on the left and right chain stays and some near the headset from the cables.
