@kabanosipyvo: Time shift FTW. I joined several of the Meetup groups for MTB here locally not because I wanted to ride with them; I wanted to be sure I wasn't anywhere around them. As it turns out, this was a great way to avoid the masses of novice trailblocking riders.

Cut the Crap - Opinion
Shocker. The world is waking up to the realization that Marin is the home of the two-faced, SUV-driving eco warrior. Most of our other havens are starting to suffer the same fate. Seems like the Silicon Valley "me first, me always" mentality is the common denominator.
Valley stay home.
