@bashhard: there were 14 women on the start list to qualify for 4 spots. Who limited it to 4? Not the women competing. So yes there are many women getting after just like the men. I think your comment needs more research.

$1000 USDMy 2009 Santa Cruz V10 is for sale. Without pedals the V10 weighs 36.5lbs!!! The linkage is carbon fiber, frame is aluminum. This bike rides like a dream and has been well maintained. The fork is a 2011 RockShox Boxxer Team. The rear shock is a Marzochhi Roco World Cup with a Titanium Spring 450 lb/in stiffness.
