@zapbranigon: There are many miles of trails in and around the park. A few of them are more on the side of walking trails (like the paths around the lakes), but the vast majority are singletrack. Lots of rocks and roots.
Being along side of the river and with the composition of the soil, the trails dry out faster than anywhere else I've seen. We had a large downpour last night and I am positive the trails will be fine when I hit them after work later on.

I love it! It bulldozes over rocks, roots, and other chunder. I am coming from a 2010 stumpjumper with 26'' wheels, so it took me a couple of rides to learn the balance points of the bike and dial in the tire pressures to my liking. Tight switchbacks are a little slower but it 'feels' faster most everywhere else on the trail, definitely a lot of fun. I might end up with a little less width on the bars, but that is still to be determined.
