I know 7 people with the first Kuat rack and every single one of them is being held together with tie downs and ratchets to get them to not fall onto the road. $600+ for the new version when the first is a POS? Stick with Thule and you get to keep your bike.

Bike was seldom used by original owner, and I purchased from him before last season and sadly only put 100 miles on it, all CC miles. Running just a 32 ring up front and it pedals extremely well. Bike is in great shape, no mechanical problems, no dents, no dings, and only minor cable rub. Stanchions on the fork don't have a single scratch.
