This bike started life as an XT spec but has since been fully stripped, vinyl wrapped in Avery Dennison roaring thunder with custom decals and re built with a superb parts spec. For sale is a pair of used but very good condition custom built wheels. Hope pro4 boost, 6 bolt hubs with microspline free hub body, laced using DT Swiss competition spokes to ZIPP 3zero moto rims. Sale includes specialized Butcher tyres, setup tubeless with fresh sealant in both wheels. The wheels are roughly 2 years old and have been used, but run true and have a few marks from use but are in excellent condition. For sale is my full custom, 1 of a kind Forbidden Druid. I have had the bike since late 2019, it has been absolutely amazing, so good that I’m replacing it with its bigger brother the dreadnought. It really is an amazing piece of kit, riding well above the capabilities of its 130mm rear travel. The frame has been custom wrapped in grey chrome holographic cast vinyl wrap, had custom decals fitted and invisiframe protection installed above, it is truly a one of a kind! The photos really do not do justice to the finish, it comes alive when the sun hits it! The bike has been thoroughly maintained and has recently received a full set of frame bearings, fork, shock and dropper service, hub service and wheel true including fresh tubeless sealant, brake bleeds front and rear plus new inner and outer gear and dropper cables. For sale is a set of handbuilt DT Swiss 350 hubs, built onto DT Swiss EX511 rims. 28 hole, built with DT Swiss double butted spokes and prolock brass nipples. The rims are in good condition, 1 small ding, see image for detail, but holding near perfect tension, sealed tubeless with no issues. The hubs spin smoothly with no play/roughness in the bearings. There are a few cut in marks on the freehub body surface from the cassette that was previously fitted. Also included with the wheels are the tyres, both Schwalbe Super Gravity soft casing, Magic Mary front, Hans Dampf rear, both setup tubeless with fresh sealant as of yesterday.
