Dang crazy to think he is working 10 hour jobs while racing "pro". Companies need to step in and help him out. I know that feeling. I work in construction and go to college and train, sometimes there just isn't enough energy to do if all.

Yeah who knew window washing was so lucrative haha. I also work around 60 ish hours a week I feel you on sometimes there just isn't enough time in the day.

I started biking in 1998 and 'ive ridden maxxis tyres since 2002. This year I decided to try something new and bought a good few different sets of competitors tyres to test and I'm so glad and sorry I did!. Sorry I strayed from maxxis but glad because I saw the light!. The grip is not always greener on the other side!. Maxxis for life.

Rode both, just wore a pair of onza Ibexs out which had been pretty good, had high rollers before that, ok, was gonna plump up for dhr 2 and dhf front which were gonna Rush me bout £100 from next day tyres, then found discount de and ended up getting 2 super gravity magic marys and and a exo magic mary,hans dampf combo as well for £110 quid delivered fox in 3 days from germany
so Basically 4schwalbes tyres for price of 2 maxxis, Plus both my bikes now have some of the best tyres iv ever had on

Maxxis are far better that Schwalbe if your trying to install tubeless. Maxxis just pop on 1st time.

I've never had a problem with getting either brand to seat, that's not my issue.Ran a dhf upfront and found it to slide from under me at the worst possible time.Blew my knee out and had to have surgery as a result.It was with some doubt that I switched to a magic mary and rode it for the first time after the injury in the lake district across slippy rocks, roots and everything in between.It performed flawlessly.Can honestly say I've never felt it give way like the maxxis did.Thats a good enough real world test fore to know where my loyalties lie.

Got to agree with Ziph, I don't have a problem with Maxxis, but having tried most tyre brands and models over the years, I have to say the Magic Mary's are the best tyres I have ever ridden on. Don't imagine I'll ever use anything else again.
