RARE DT Swiss 440 29er DH wheel

$250 USD
Strongest 29er rear wheel on the planet. Period. This is a DT Swiss 440 Freeride 150x12 hub with a SS free hub laced to a Salsa Gordo rim with DT Competition spokes and DT Prolock nips. Wheel is built by Mike Curiak (lacemine29). Flange width on this hub is 83mm AND it's zero dish. Superboost/DH isn't even remotely close to these figures. - Superboost (12x157) flange spacing = 68.5mm - Boost (12x148) flange spacing = 59.5 mm - Standard (12x142) flange spacing = 53.5 mm All of those wheels require asymmetric dish. To recap: Ungodly flange spacing + Zero dish + Mike's wizard-like wheel building skills = 29er wheel of Mordor The freehub body width on this hub is 23mm. I was able to squeeze 5 cogs on there using 9-speed spacing. I would guess you could fit 6 or possibly 7 with 12 speed spacing. Minor indentations on the freehub body from the steel cogs I had on there. Zero impact on functionality. Some scratches on the drive-side spokes near the flange where I dropped the chain once before I had my shifter limited for the fewer number of gears. Includes the tire, although it's more of a rim protector than a legit tire I'd consider running for DH. I paid $750 for this wheel. $250 is a smokin' deal if you know what you're looking at.

Deity Vendetta Crankset, BB, spider/chainring

$200 USD
Make your ride even more kick-ass-er with a set of Deity Vendetta cranks. They may LOOK like BMX cranks, but they're designed for mountain bikes. Comes with bottom bracket, spindle, cranks, installation tool, Profile Racing spider, and RaceFace 30t narrow wide chainring. Threaded BB. Fits 68mm, 73mm, or 83mm BB shells. Cranks are crazy stiff and stronger than anything you can possibly throw at them. But all of that pales in comparison to the badassery of these cranks.

What People are Riding in the Whistler Bike Park
Work boots are better than Sidis or any clipless shoe with a ratchet buckle. I took a digger up in the park wearing a ratchet shoe. Busted the ratchet...and couldn't get the damn shoes off to save my life. Ended up going to a shop the next day to get the buckle cut. Every attempt I made just ratcheted the thing tighter!
