Yeah, but I'm pretty sure there aren't too many combat deployments at the moment.

I'd say avoid it at this point. It's a garrison army now. I'm not too sure about living in the USMC, but they're pretty cool guys and gals. I loved being an infantry medic when I was on the line, and most of the infantry guys hated being infantry. You almost never get to do cool or fun shit. You spend a lot of time doing stupid shit. If you can handle that, I'd say go for it. If not, don't bother. I must say that 11B or 0311 is a great choice though. I wish I would've gone that route. And thanks man, hope this helps!

$375 USDLadies and germs, I have here a decent bike for a decent price. It started out as a way back into the sport for me, but I'm in the military and I live in a shoe box. I've got no room for extra crap and I have three bikes in here with me right now. Something had to give, so my beater/loaner build is on the block. I'm not hiding anything here, its got scratches and dings. I've tried to get some decent pictures to represent the worst of them. Since this was my budget build, It isn't going to cost you an arm and a leg. so lets get in to the details shall we?
Its a 2013 mid range complete. I replaced shit as it broke, or as I deemed necessary. (the seat and pedals are killer man, for sure)
Frame/Fork - OG to the complete. specs are up online. removable brake lugs can be found and included if'n ya want em.
Bars - also OG, but cut to 27" (so sue me)
Front wheel - stocker. not too much grind damage, but some spokes got a good ding here and there. (story time, I bought a kink hub on here, going for a white front hub to match the back. shit was all kinds of fucked up. I got drunk and angry after buying the hub and new guts and finding out the shell was toast, so I painted the original sealed female hub with white out. so yeah. drunk me won that round.)
Rear wheel - stock rim w/ a shadow rant 9t rhd & shadow hub guard (OG hub was a POS. It had 9mm female axle bolts that I destroyed learning feebles and such. so yeah. also, small ding in the rim. no biggie.)
Cranks - FSA Nasty Boy V2 19mm 48 spline w/ flush bolts. I've heard bad things, but I'm not too hard on my bikes and Ive had two bikes with these cranks. never gave me an issue.
Sprocket - Cult 25t. pretty cool.
Pedals - muthaphuckin' purple rain trailmixes biyatches. suck it.
Stem - sunday freeze topload. pretty good.
Seat - Bonedeth Vibrator mid. B-E-A utiful.
Tires - comes with the sunday tires pictured, and a FREE set of animal TWW tires, in all their whitewall, only been ridden once glory.
