Another week, another beauty Phat Wednesday. Racers took on a different type of challenge last night on a course that was full of jumps and berms instead of rocks and roots. Whistler locals and gung-ho travelers alike smashed out laps on A-Line-> After Atlantis -> Crabapple Turns -> B-Line.

Phat Wednesday - Race 7
Racing A-Line is a dream for many people, Phat Wednesday is all about making dreams come true.

Kit of the week?

Phat Wednesday - Race 7
Quick jaunt over a bridge on After Atlantis.

Phat Wednesday - Race 7
After a bunch of massive berms on A-Line, racers had to hold it together on the fast, open and off-camber corners on Crabapple Turns.

Phat Wednesday - Race 7
Crabapple Turns has been reworked and is now full of drift-able corners for all.

Phat Wednesday - Race 7
Ok, maybe there were a couple of roots on course last night. Didn't seem to phase Bike Park athlete, Tristan Merrick.

Phat Wednesday - Race 7
A few final berms and booters on B-Line to finish the race off. There was time to be made up here if you weren't already gassed from the upper section of the course.

Cheeeeeeeeers.

I've only been to Whistler a couple times but I thought that crabapple was one of the biggest trails on the hill with massive gap jumps? They send the Wed races down that shit?
