Development Story: Cannondale's Wild New Single-Sided, Single-Crown XC Fork
I love the lefty but I just have never understood why they make it. It's super cool for sure but it's still heavier than the lightest xc forks. Is it just to be different?

Carbon Race Bike Dura Ace Groupset

$1750 CAD
Unbranded carbon road bike for sale, everything on it is carbon. Frame, fork and seat post are matte finish and wheels and bars are a gloss finish. The entire groupset is Shimano Dura Ace (every single part) and the bike and groupset were both used from new by only me for 1486km according to Strava. I rode this bike the last two summers and I ride a cross bike on the road whenever the weather is questionable or its winter so everything is clean and in good shape. It's a very cool bike, super stiff, deep wheels and weighs around the 17lb mark with XT SPD pedals, cages, everything. The front tire is a CST Czar and the rear is a Michelin Pro 3 Race Service Course which is pretty new. This bike blows away anything else in a similar price range, the only difference between these and branded frames is that this one went left on the assembly line while the next one went right where it got painted and in my opinion, probably branded as a Felt bike. Pedals not included.

What Are Your MTB Pet Peeves? - Opinion
I ride with my dog but I trained him early and we stick to road climbs as much as possible and/or easy xc trails to avoid anybody going really fast. He has never given me a single issue outside of the first few times when he used to run off with other riders. Once he ran after way faster riders than me so that was annoying as I lost them for a while. He sticks close now, knows to wait when the trail splits if he's ahead and I've never seen him shit on a trail. He totally gets it and stays out of the way of a bike too. I am super annoyed by other peoples shitty dogs though, just the other day this guys dog was barking and running beside my bike after completely abandoning it's owner down a pretty techy trail. Shitty owners are what gives dogs a bad rap, train your dog properly or leave it at home.

Getting a Pro Contract & New Bike Day: The Privateer Episode 1
@m-t-g: But if you trim it down to the point where its a semi slick would you not have the same issue. I get that the RR has terrible climbing traction but I actually don't find it to bad on braking like a lot of people say. Can you really expect good centre knob traction out of any tire with short centre knobs?

6 Extra-Long-Travel Single Crown Bikes - Garda Trentino 2018
I don't think theres a need for that anymore, aside from rampage does freeride even exist anymore. Freeriding split off into park and enduro, with your pedal platform evolving where bikes truly are pedalable for enduro while the others went park. I think there is more ample trails now for guys who want to go huge where before they had to "freeride" and find crazy shit or use urban features.
