How to change colour of the rims in photoshop

Phtotoshop video tutorial how to change colour of the rims. There are two parts, first one is how to select and the second is how to change colour. Anyway its my first tutorial so there is a chance that nothing is so perfect.

wow i do it completly different, i use a selection tool then select what i want then go to enhance and adjust colour options or something like that, seems to work good for me. andd just a sugestion, if i may, throw this into video editor and narrate it, it would make it alot easier to understand

i would but i do not know how you did all that, if you wanted you could narrate it with just a audio recording and send the 2 clips to me and i could put them together
