Thats amazing i no where i want to work ! its a shame they didnt show how the caliper is made and also the middle part of the floating rotor , other than that truly brillaint !

the centre of the rotor is made in the same way , but with aluminiom

good vid sepi. We have one of those mori seki 5 axis lathes where i work, but ours it abit bigger. I hope they check more than one thing on the brake disks aswell!

Hm, whoever produced the vid obviously don't understand what they are talking about: there are a lot of technical things wrong: The 3D preint is not STL, it is FDM. Big difference between 5 Axis and 5 plane! CNC is not programmed manually, neither is nesting, etc.
