We have one of those mori seki 5 axis lathes where i work, but ours it abit bigger.

I hope they check more than one thing on the brake disks aswell!

Thats amazing i no where i want to work ! its a shame they didnt show how the caliper is made and also the middle part of the floating rotor , other than that truly brillaint !

the centre of the rotor is made in the same way , but with aluminiom

Hm, whoever produced the vid obviously don't understand what they are talking about: there are a lot of technical things wrong: The 3D preint is not STL, it is FDM. Big difference between 5 Axis and 5 plane! CNC is not programmed manually, neither is nesting, etc.

so why couldnt they have their parts builded in asia. Then it would be cheaper to make them. Its just moove the factory to china.
