The new line with the trail gap into the wood feature is relatively new, maybe 6 to 8 months old. You miss the big hip double you're talking about but its so much fun. That was my first attempt at hitting the wood feature... i recommend carrying a lot of speed into it. They've been building like crazy on that trail the last year. The step up towards the beginning of the video seems much more built up too lately; it launches you like crazy.
