This place looks like fun! How many different trails are there? Great music taste you have as well!

Do you have land? You could build your own stuff. It's not like the park but if you find some elevation you could build some cool trails.

Problem is that I live in Helsinki, so only got a small garden. Not much elevation here either. Would have some land up north, but we grow pine trees there and go there so seldom too. Have planned with three riding mates though, that we'll buy some nice land with elevation one day, and build stuff there on our own. I won't let it just stay as a plan!

Stinks you don't have too much elevation, but that sounds like a sick plan man! if you build cool trails and attract people, I'm sure some of them would help you with the building.

Yeah, although it'd be cool to just build with one or two guys, that way, you can build exactly like you want, and I'd probably get to keep some nice and gnarly stuff, instead of just smoothing everything out. Lets see though, first need to find the land and the money A lake would be a big plus!

That's true. I was just thinking about how you could expand the mountain biking community in your area, you could always keep a few secret trails a lake would be prime, build ride then swim!

Yeah, scene is quite small here in Finland though, and there are already some parks around the country. Besides, don't know how many people it'd draw when there'd be no lifts and be quite remote. Maybe when we've built enough trails though We'd have this perfect island in a lake, but no electricity and the fact that oncle, father, sisters and cousins also have their share in it might be a problem But yeah, won't happen in the next few years though, plenty of time to think through everything ;D

Same here, the scene isn't too big but we have a few parks, luckily I'm 2 hrs away from one, but keeping it low key is cool! Your land your call, build whatever the heck you want haha. It's good to have time to plan it out, sounds like its gonna be awesome.
