Cannondale Carbon Rush, Carbon lefty, Mavic SLR, XTR, Sram,

Here for sale is my much loved Cannondale Rush Carbon, Team Edition colour frame, in size small.... complete bike.

I built this from a new frame up at a cost of roughly £5845!!..... the whole bike weighs just 9.0kg!!!

I'm normally a size medium, but I went with a small frame for this build, as in my opinion, the size small frame has the best geometry top tube lines and looks so much better then any of the other size rush frames... and I just simply compensated for the size small frame in the length of the stem, height of the seat post and the position of the saddle and bars. My friend who rides large frames, has also mention how well this bike fits and feels!... so don't be put off by the frame size being a small... remember you can still adjust the fitment of the bike to suite you, simply by adjusting the saddle and bars position, raising/lowering the seat post, raising the stem (with the supplied spacers) or change the stem for a different reach, 90mm, 110mm 120mm..etc (the stem fitted is a 100mm reach).... this is the reason why companies make their components in different sizes!!... it's all down to personal preference.... I like a bike to look the nuts and fit and ride good, as opposed to a bike that fits and rids good, but look shite.

(Frame) Cannondale Rush Carbon (aluminium rear triangle) Team Edition in size small, (Condition) near new, apart from a paint touch-up on the headtube.. not that noticeable and it's super light... (£1700)

(Rear Shock) FOX float RP23 with lock-out. (Condition) near new.

(Fork) Cannondale Lefty Speed Carbon 110 SL, with part orange decals to match the orange in the frame. (Condition) is excellent with fully functioning lock-out..etc and it's super light.... plus for a different look, I machine polished the upper and lower crown (not 100% perfect, but still looks very good)... (£1200)

(Wheels) Mavic Crossmax SLR with Titanium rear skewer. (Condition) have a few scratches/chips, but overal are in great condition and they are super light.... (£700)

(Brakes) Hope Race disc brakes. (Condition) like new and they are super light... (£420)

(Tyres) Continental Grand Prix foldable. (Condition) about 90% life remaining and they are super light.... (£70)

(Crankset) Cannondale BB30 Carbon SI with FSA rings. (Condition) near new, apart from a small scratch/chip on the tip of the RH arm, not that noticeable and it's super light.... (£300)

(Pedals) Cannondale octopus. (Condition) very good, apart from some filled down spots on the ends, where they have made contact with the ground and they are very light.... (£50)

(Chain) KMC X9 SL. (Condition) about 7 rides in the dry and it's super light.... (£60)

(Cassette) Shimano XTR CS-M970. (Condition) about 7 rides from new and it's super light.... (£115)

(Rear Mech) Sram X.O Carbon Black Box. (Condition) near new and it's super light... (£150)

Cannondale Scuffguard patches have been put in place to the common areas, where the cables can rub into the main carbon frame and cause serious damage, that will result in weakening the frames integrity.... some people selling their used carbon rush frames, haven't bothered to protect the frame by using the patches... plus the patches also need to be renewed after a period of time.

Comes with Cannondale Carbon Rush Owner's Manual, Cannondale Bicycle Owner's Manual, new Scuffguard patch kit set, Cannondale Warranty Card.

This bike is stupidly light and I don't really want to sell it, so if I don't get what I think it's worth, then I will just keep it.

The pictures don't do the bike any justice... it looks so much better in the flesh... or should I say Carbon...hehe
