Mix of Shimano XT & LX parts with Shimano mechanical disk brakes (upgrade to original spec), alloy touring disc fork, Easton stem, new Truvativ Touro cranks (2 x 9 = 18 speeds), flat pedals, a new Brodie leather saddle, Ritchey seatpost, and Schwalbe Marathon 700 x 28c semi-slick tires.

Great bike for commuting and just generally bombing around town. With a quick tire swap, this bike can easily handle light off-road duties. and you'll have added a 29er to your quiver.
