Up for sale is a Trek Session 9.9 Carbon Downhill Frameset, upgraded with a Cane Creek Double Barrel shock, and it will include the headset, seatpost, seatpost clamp, all original paperwork, sag meter, rear axle, and rear dropouts for both the 150x12 wheel, and the 157x12 wheel spacing. What can be said about the Session 9.9 that has not already been said? Its the current World Cup champions bike, it is by far one of the lightest DH bikes on the market right now, it made right here in the USA, its super stiff, absorbs vibrations and mellows out the trail chatter, soaks up the big stuff like its no big deal, and corners like its on rails. The Trek Session 9.9 is hands down the best DH bike on the market right now. It features everything the DH rider wants, 83mm bottom bracket, 150/157mm rear wheel spacing, tapered headtube, carbon frame construction, integrated fork bumpers, the option to run internal or external cable routing, adjustable headtube angle via the Mino link, and the list goes on and on. Why am I selling? I have a 2013 on the way, simple as that! Retail on these frames are just under $4,500, and that is if you can get your hands on them, from what I understand most sizes are already sold out.

This frame is really like new, I got it right at the end of last season, and I literally have 3 days of riding on it. All the bearings and pivots are smooth and like new, and there are no major marks to point out, no cuts, digs, gouges, or anything like that. Before I took the bike out for the first time, I put protective tape anywhere that I thought might be an area that would get cable rub, wear marks, or be prone to seeing any abuse. You can see the tape on the down tube, chain/seat stays, by the headtube, and on the back of the seat tube. I am sure there are a few small chips here an there in the paint, but as you can tell, the frame is in excellent condition, and just needs a rider. I have also upgraded the shock to a Cane Creek Double Barrel, which feels WAY better than the stock Fox shock did, and it offers much more fine tuning for your perfect setup. I will offer the winning bidder the option of a 500 or 550lbs spring for the bike, as I have both, and who knows if your super nice, I might include both!

Here is what Trek's Website is saying about the Session 9.9:

Session is the reigning World Cup champ, proven to be the fastest downhill mountain bike. And with its amazing suspension, it’s the overall best downhiller the scene has ever seen.
Frame

OCLV Mountain Carbon w/InTension main frame & seatstay, alloy chainstay, Carbon Armor, ABP Convert DH, Full Floater, E2 tapered head tube, integrated frame protection, internal control routing, HexMC carbon EVO Link, Mino Link, MicroTruss, 210mm travel
The frame is a Size Large, but please look at Trek's Geometry numbers VERY carefully, especially the number for the Reach. Before I rode the Session, I rode a medium Specialized Demo 8, I am 5'10" with a 32/33" inseam. I rode the medium Session at a test ride and it was way too small. I was very surprised as the top tube measurement was way longer than my current demo, but the reach was WAY shorter. There is a reason they make an XL in the frame, these bikes run very small compared to other DH bikes out there.

I would encourage you to read the review of the bike on Pinkbike.com, they really hit the nail on the head with this bike, as it is amazing. The Mino Link allows you to adjust the geometry for DH racing or for park riding, and it makes a huge. Trek hit the nail on the head with this bike thats for sure!

Buyer is to pay actual shipping on the frame, and I ask if you pay via paypal that we Split the paypal fees. The frame will be packed in a proper frame bike to insure safe arrival to your door. You will be very happy when you how much pride I take in packaging your new frame. I do quite a lot of traveling with my bikes, so I know how important proper packing is.

I am willing to ship the bike international for a flat rate of $140.00 I have shipped quite a few frame Internationally also, and I will ONLY use USPS Express mail service, it provides quick delivery to your door, and excellent tracking. I have never had a problem with Express service international, so I will continue to use it. For international shipping the Rear triangle and shock will be removed from the main frame for size reasons, you will have to assemble the frame upon delivery, and I recommend you have a reputable shop do that for you.

If you gave any questions feel free to ask. I do have the frame on eBay right now also, so feel free to buy it here for my asking price, or take chance to pay less/more in the auction.
