Canyon Torque FRX Whipzone 2013 Downhill Mountain Bike

I have owned this bike for around 6 months and bought it new from Canyon. At the time it cost approx. £1800 delivered.

The bike has been used once a week on local DH and freeride trails, plus a week in Morzine (France)

The bike is in very good condition overall, with only a few small marks beyond the normal wear and tear. There is a small amount of light damage to the stem and handle bar, which is shown in the pictures. The rear wheel also has a small flat spot on one side of the rim. Again this is shown in the pictures and the wheel was checked and made true and has run faultlessly since. Finally there are a few light marks on the top tube. These could possibly polish out and are not deep. Picture shows.

The Torque FRX is amazing value for money with a fair amount of high end kit that you wouldn't find on a bike with a much higher price tag. The bike has run without fault since new and I have keep it clean and lubed at all times.

Below is the full spec. The bike is as below apart from a set of Renthal Kevlar grips and Superstar front brake pads.

This bike is perfect for those new to downhill and freeride, but also strong enough for a seasoned pro to shred on.

The only reason for sale is I have decided to build up a Transition TR250 frame.

Ideally collection in person, but I am happy to package the bike up and send it via courier. Please note that if you want it sent there will be the need to build it back up.
