Selling my 2010 Giant Anthem X1 due to a debilitating shoulder injury, and will be unable to ride for a while. I am the second owner of this awesome bike, and its ready to ride for this season. Excellent cross country machine. Beat all of your friends up the hill and across the land! Its seriously light.

Frame size is large - I am about 5'11" but with longish limbs, and it fits me perfectly. I weigh about 150 lbs, so I definitely haven't stressed the bike out in any way. Previous owner was the same. This would probably be best for people around my height or taller.
Specs can be found on Giant's website: http://www.giant-bicycles.com/en-us/bikes/model/anthem.x1/3894/36666/#features
This was the top of the line aluminum framed Anthem that Giant made in 2010, and retailed $4000 new, with full XT/XTR components.

FRAME CONDITION:
Regular wear and tear (paint chips and whatnot) with one ding on the top tube that is only cosmetic (see photos - I have a protective adhesive 'dot' on it). Frame is not cracked and is otherwise in in great condition. I do not do big hits or jumps on this bike.

SERVICE NOTES:
I've kept this bike in excellent shape and have overhauled it prior to this riding season. Work includes:
- New shifting cables installed mid-season last year.
- Brake fluid flush and new brake pads at the end of last season
- Fox RP23 seal rebuild, with upgraded frame bushing (replaced Giant's crappy aluminum bushing with a cane creek bearing pivot), done by the guys at SuspensionWerx in North Van (http://suspensionwerx.com)
- Relatively new rear cassette and chain - replaced mid-season last year.
- Tires have 1 riding season in them, with plenty of tread left. Maxxis Crossmarks.
- Replaced the grips with Race Face lock-on style grips.

OTHER THINGS WORTH MENTIONING:
- The Shimano XT Wheels are in excellent condition - previous owner did not use them at all (he had a different set of wheels), and I haven't put many kms on the wheels because I tend to go on short local rides.
- Front forks are RockShox SID Team and have a remote lockout on handlebars - these are excellent forks that have great adjustability and feel on the trail.
- Saddle looks worn, but its firm and really comfortable.

I can throw in the SPD pedals if wanted - they're a bit worn but still function perfectly. Message me to coordinate viewing. Open to reasonable offers - this is an excellent deal for what you're getting!
