2015 Norco Threshold disc bike 53cm (fits similar to 54cm road bikes).

This has been a great bike for me and it truly is one of those bikes that can do it all. It can be adapted for road or cyclocross with a swap of tires, and it also functions as a great gravel bike. It can even accept 2.1" 650b/27.5" tires and wheels from mountain bikes!

I have really enjoyed this bike for the last couple of years (I have owned it since new) but I don't get as much use out of it as It likely deserves.

Before posting the bike for sale, I completely stripped down the bike, and removed any small signs of grease / dirt. I built it back up with new cables and Fizik handlebar tape. This bike really does look (and works) great!

As highlighted in a photo, there is one scratch on the top tube. It happened shortly after I got the bike two years ago (due to the end of a screw passing over the top surface). The scratch is only on the surface paint , and the carbon is NOT affected in any way.

I have tried to make some meaningful upgrades to the bike, including: 1. Carbon saddle. (the stock saddle is awful and heavy, I shaved almost 250g off the bike just with this alone.

2. Bontrager XXX carbon handlebars. saves another 150g, and is just nicer all around than the stock alloy bars.

3. SRAM Red shifters and Force derailleur. Far better than the stock 105 stuff (not that 105 is bad), and again, lighter. The drivetrain is in excellent cosmetic and functional condition!

4. Shimano Ultegra cassette and Chain. Virtually no wear on the chain. I have measured chain stretch, and it is still 'like new' (no evidence of stretch).

The wheels / tires / disc brakes are stock The Alex rims are suprisingly smooth and roll forever. The Hayes mechanical disc brakes are ok; nothing special, but worlds better than those old cantilever set ups.
