2016 Specialized Enduro 29 frame (large) with Ohlins & mods

Time to say farewell to my Specialized Enduro 29 frame.

This is a large aluminium 2016 model with a few cool mods and upgrades, namely…

– Ohlins STX 22 shock fitted, which has had less than 15 rides from new.

– 650b linkage fitted at a cost of £47 to slacken head angle and lower BB nicely (standard geometry is bizarrely high in BB)

– FSA metal BB adaptor fitted at cost of about £30 to allow use of standard threaded BBs and normal chainsets instead of BB30 crap

– Seat tube professionally shortened by just over 1cm (by framebuilder Steve Goff)

Brand new bearings all round (EnduroMax and Superstar hi-fill).

Headset bearings were installed by me on purchase and are still running smoothly

It’s a nice and stealthy (if you like that sort of thing) with just a black-on-black Specialized transfer on the downtube,

There are some scuffs and rub to the paintwork, as you’d expect from a bike that’s had around 1.5 years use, but generally in really sound condition. The rub could be touched in with black paint.
