Original owner. I bought this as a bare frame in 9/2009. And built it with a mix of new and used Shimano 9 speed parts (my other bikes were/are also 9 speed). The Ghisallo’s claim to fame is that it is the “lightest production titanium frameset”. Claimed weight in this size is 840g; unfortunately I don’t have a photo of it on a scale before I built it. The frame is Litespeed’s “T1”, which means it’s made of 6Al/4V (versus the more common 3AL/2.5V). Geometry and claimed weight in the chart (attached). As built and shown in photos:16.36 lbs (see photo).

I am selling because (1) I have reached “N” vs “N-1”, (2) I’ve switched over to mtbiking, which has increasing my stable to N, (3) I have two other titanium road bikes besides the Ghisallo, and I haven’t ridden the Ghisallo in several years.

There are about 1500-2000 miles on the frame. The Ghisallo was my primary road bike for 1.5 years, after which I bought another Ti bike that became my primary road bike. Unfortunately my Strava & MapMyRide only goes back to 9/2012, so I don’t know the exact mileage.
