This came with a frame set I recently bought, but I won’t be needing it. It’s currently set to 150mm of travel. The steerer is 7 1/4 inches. There is a small scuff on the crown, and a knick in the paint on the right side of the arch. I’m not sure what the offset is, but let’s be honest, you probably wouldn’t notice a difference anyway.
