Revelate Terrapin 14L underseat drybag+harness system.
DAMAGED -someone(not me) ran this too low to the rear tire and the underside plastic sheet is damaged from tire wear. You can see the big scuff mark and there are two thin crescent shapes where it is actually worn through, plus some wear to one of the nylon straps. The inner drybag is NOT damaged, just the holster.
Otherwise this is in near-new condition and is totally functional as is, but you might want to add a patch to that area in case the bag gets dropped into a tire again.
