Brand new Ortlieb front and rear Panniers, includes both racks (Surly). It's possible the racks could be missing a piece, been sitting for a few years now. It looks like it's all there but I'm not going to guarantee, could send more pics if needed. Cost around $7-$800 of this kit. Again it's all brand new!
