Brand new. Picked up as I had dreams of building a very fast bike.
I have a pair of 29 xtr wheels on my xc steel bike and they are beyond good. They are slightly different in that the ones on my XC bike are 29er and tubular, whereas these are 27.5 and clincher, but the build quality and the smoothness of the hubs are impressive.
Please be aware that these are non boost.
Wheels are located in White Rock, BC at a friend's house.
