2021 Marino 29+ Steel Single Speed Hardtail

Marino Single Speed Hardtail. Capable of up to 29x2.8" tires. Adjustable sliding dropouts with rear hanger for gears. External routing except for dropper internal routing in seat-tube. I had it built by Marino (from Peru) in late 2020 and built it up in early 2021. It's 520 Reynolds tubing. See attached for geo, but it's a slack hardtail, which is why I'm selling it - I'm too old for hardtails, and it's too slack for my XC preferences, so I never ride it. 119 miles per Strava. I modeled it after a Canfield Nimble 9 with some Trek Stache / Santa Cruz influences. Will size out at a large (give or take).

Setup:
* DT Swiss 370 boost hubs laced to Stans MK3 Baron rims (35mm internal). I have the parts to upgrade from pawls to 36t rachets (drive ring, spacer, XD hub body, washer, DT swiss 36t rachets) that I'll toss in for $75.
* Fox 34 Float, Grip damper 140mm travel, 2017 vintage, 3 position damper. Lower/seal rebuild in Jan 22. I have 150mm air cartridge I'll toss in for free. Fox short ID: C356 (in case you want to look it up)
* SRAM RSC/Ultimate Brakes (1 of each lever). Both levers have been rebuilt to fix sticky pistons, calipers have also been rebuilt as of 4/21. Bleeding edge (new) caliper style. Organic pads (Trucker Co) with 119 miles. Fresh bleed. 180mm SRAM 6 bolt rotors F/R.
* Tires: I have 2x Goodyear Escape 29"x2.6" (1 new, 1 just mounted with 1 ride), 2x Maxxis 29"x2.8" (used most of bikes life, still new), and a DHF 29x2.35 (currently on rear, old). Pick 2. I can add in others for a price. Extras for extra. Used BlackOx Sealant.
* Cranks - Raceface ride 175mm (hollowtech). 32mm "generic" chainring (on bike now). I have the 30t Raceface chainring also for $20 w/ bike.
* No pedals included.
* Rear: Gusset SS XD converter. This threads onto the XD freehub and adds a "drive side 6 bolt mount". 3 sprockets included. 16t (silver), 18t (red) and 20t (silver).
* Chain: KMC single speed (molten speedwaxed).
* FSA cartridge headset (C-40)
* Raceface 90mm stem (I have a 50mm I can swap out, the 90mm helped me put weight over front tire).
* Bar/grips - PNW Loam Grips and Range Gen 3 800mm bar (new as of 12/21)
* Seat - WTB something
* Dropper: OneUp V2, 180mm
* Dropper Lever: Wolftooth ReMote with MM (it bolts to brakes directly).

Over $2,400 in parts (some new, some bought used locally and from Pinkbike and rebuilt). I'm a former bike mechanic and built this myself, rebuilt parts as noted above with OEM parts / fluids. Works like new. May discuss parting things later, prefer to pull items buyer doesn't want (ex. brakes, cranks, saddle) and sell most of it together.
